Unlike classes at larger gyms, our intimate studio environment and small class size is designed to provide each participant individual attention and focus from the instructor.

Empower takes an integrated approach to wellness and Empower’s Yoga and Pilates classes help you build strength and flexibility, body and breath awareness, balance, confidence and a sense of well being.
