Comprehensive Analysis and Movement Preparation | April 5, 6:30 pm

  • Detailed analysis of posture and movement specific to golf performance
  • Instruction in specific corrective exercises, warm-up movements and balance exercises
  • Learn active warm-ups you can use each time you play

Mobility and Strength | April 12, 6:30 pm

  • Review movement preparation and balance exercises and establish them as an integral component to your overall program.
  • Learn about and practice mobility and strengthening exercises designed to help you transfer more energy through your swing.

Power and Coordination | April 19, 6:30 pm

  • Put what you’ve learned to use to maximize your neuromuscular coordination, and develop power through your swing.
  • Learn effective conditioning drills to balance out your program.

Personalized Program Design | By appointment

During this 30 minute session you will work one on one with the instructor to go over each exercise in your plan and make sure you are ready to implement your program and start playing a better, stronger golf game.
